Contexts first, then groups by audience: Staff, Clients, Suppliers, Board. Each group is activated only where access should reach, and you approve every step.
It invites people by role into the right groups, and only after you confirm exactly who goes where. Guests stay free and never count as members.
As the organization changes it adds a project space, gives a supplier temporary access, moves someone who changed role, or saves a good structure as a reusable template.
