The mapping

Your collection is already the context tree.

Nothing to model from scratch. The way a heritage organization is already structured (institution, collection, single work) is the hierarchy SweetHive runs on. Visibility, and the AI's knowledge, inherit down it.

Institution → collection → artworkBecome nested contexts. From the institution you see everything; inside a single artwork's context, only that work's history.
Conservators, insurers, lendersBecome groups. A lender enabled on one loaned work sees that work and never the rest of the collection.
Scans, condition reports, threadsEnter the artwork's context addressed to groups. Each stakeholder, and each personal agent, reaches only what that stakeholder's groups can see.

Provenance & scan history

Diagnostic imaging, 3D scans and prior interventions are shared into the work's context together with the threads that discuss them. A member's agent scoped to that context answers from those messages in natural language, and can read the PDF reports and images attached to them.

Condition & restoration

Condition reports and restoration threads build one record per work: what changed, when, by whom. An agent can summarize it from the messages and attachments it was allowed to read.

Loans & stakeholders

Insurers and lenders get a context scoped to their involvement. They see only what their groups can see, and any agent working there reads nothing beyond its owner's visibility.
